CALL TO ACTION

New Beginnings is asking for the help of every adoptive, pre-adoptive and interested family to respond to this Call to Action by the Joint Council. International adoption has been suffering greatly this past year and continues to do so - this is your chance to make a possible difference for the Vietnam program in the future, therefore, allowing many more children to find loving, nurturing homes here in the U.S. Thank you and please pass this information along to friends and family members and ask them to respond as well.

New Beginnings is happy and honored to be a part of the miracle of international adoption. An orphaned child, born in another country and deemed legally freed for international adoption is being placed in an American’s home. At least three different governments agencies regulate international adoptions. Numerous agencies, organizations and people are involved in the process. The fact that some difficulties can exist is to be expected. After all, helping families to grow is a very human endeavor. The fact that international adoptions happen so frequently, without difficulties, is amazing. We place orphan children into loving homes week in and week out, year after year. The adoption process is overwhelmingly successful.

New Beginnings was established in 1985 and since that time has united over 2,000 children with loving parents. Uniting families is what we do. The adoption is not the process. The paperwork, the homestudy, receiving the assignment and the trip abroad are only means to the adoption. The adoption is about changing diapers and caring for your child when he is sick. It is her first day of school and riding her two wheeler. It is her first date, the prom and graduation. It is college, marriage and eventually grandchildren. Uniting families is not the moment at the airport or the trip abroad, it is the years that pass. New Beginnings guides you through the process, so there will be an adoption, so someday you will hopefully be a grandparent.

Our first generation of infants placed are now graduating college and marrying and having children of their own. We are very proud of these children and what they have accomplished, and proud to have been a part of that.

New Beginnings’ professional staff has extensive experience in international adoption. From the beginning of the adoption process through the post-legalization adoption stage, New Beginnings provides comprehensive adoption services required for a successful adoptive placement, and coordinates the different parties to ultimately unite a child in need with you.
